Terms of service
These terms apply when you access Circular, create a workspace, invite users, or authorize an agent to act in the product.
Your account and workspace
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and the activity of users and agents authorized by your workspace. Do not share raw API keys or provider secrets outside trusted systems.
Acceptable use
Do not use Circular to break the law, harm people or systems, bypass authorization, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. Agent automation must stay within the permissions granted by the workspace and any connected provider.
Your content
You retain ownership of content submitted to Circular and grant the service the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and transmit it for product operation. You must have the rights required to submit that content.
Availability and liability
Pre-release and trial features may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to the amount paid for Circular during the twelve months before a claim.
