What is available now, and what is not yet for sale.
No. Circular is in early access and does not currently run checkout, subscriptions, paid trials, or automatic plan upgrades. Commercial terms will be published before any paid plan is offered.
The web app: workspaces, teams, projects, issues and subtasks, labels, dependencies, and comments with mentions, plus GitHub repository and pull request links and an import from Linear or Jira. On the agent side: a team-scoped JSON API, the circular CLI, and a stdio MCP server exposing nine tools. The macOS desktop build is signed and notarized, and the Windows build is signed by Azure Artifact Signing, so it installs without a SmartScreen warning. Both update themselves. Neither is linked from this site yet, so ask us for a download link.
You do, directly to your provider. Circular does not resell model tokens, and it never will: that is a product decision, not a temporary state of the early-access period. Bring your own provider credential, use a local model, or use an agent CLI you are already logged into. Whatever it costs stays between you and that provider, on their invoice, at their price.
No. There is no Circular-side agent runtime and we are not building one. Your agent runs on your machine or your own infrastructure and talks to Circular over an authenticated HTTP API, the same one the web app uses. Circular stores the work and the context. Your agent does the work.
No commercial quota tiers are enforced in this release. Operational safety limits still apply, and future plan limits will be documented before they take effect.
Not yet. The supported MCP path is the local stdio package. The JSON API and CLI are also available for local agents. Circular will not advertise a hosted OAuth or Streamable HTTP connector until that runtime exists.
No certification, contractual SLA, or on-premise product is offered today. The security page documents current controls and known delivery boundaries without making a certification claim.
GitHub repository and pull request links, an import from Linear or Jira, the team-scoped JSON API, the local CLI, and the local stdio MCP server. Saved remote connector records are not presented as active integrations because the agent runtime does not consume them yet.
